Yes, all private tours can be customised. You can choose the stops, timing, and photo breaks.
How much does a trip cost?
Pricing depends on the destination, number of passengers, and type of service. Contact us for a quote, and we’ll give you a competitive rate.
Do you require a deposit?
For certain bookings, especially private tours or long-distance trips, we may require a deposit. We’ll let you know at the time of booking.
How do I book a ride or tour?

How far in advance should I book my shuttle?
We recommend booking early, especially during summer and winter ski season.
How many people can you accommodate?
Our Selwyn Shuttle vehicle can comfortably seat up to 7 passengers.
However, we’re excited to announce our collaboration with Adventure Xpress / Snow Express. This means we’ll have more seats for your function or adventure this summer season, with a maximum capacity of 31.
If you have a larger group, contact us, and we’ll discuss the best transport options available.
Can I bring luggage?
Absolutely! Let us know in advance if you have extra luggage or bulky items, and we’ll ensure there’s enough space.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. Let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Cancellation fees may apply for last-minute changes.
Is your shuttle service suitable for families?
Yes, we offer comfortable seating (all with seatbelts), friendly drivers, extra luggage space and can assist with child seats if needed.
Can I change my itinerary after booking?
Yes! We’re flexible and will do our best to accommodate any changes, depending on availability.
